Below are the registration links for this year’s Rules Clinics.  You can register ahead of time (like, today!) and of course that is recommended. 

Remember that we have a new format - 2 “ALL FIELDS” sessions that everybody should come to, and a shorter Big Field Supplement for Big Field stuff like Balks that only Big Field folks need to come to.

Big Field Managers and Coaches should plan to attend all 3 sessions - if you just come to the Big Field session you will miss most of the content.  

District 35 Rules Clinic, All Fields, Day 1 of 2  (Feb 25 7-9 pm)

District 35 Rules Clinic, All Fields, Day 2 of 2 (Feb 26 7-9 pm)

D35 Rules Clinic, Big Field Supplement (50-70 / JL / SL) (Mar 12 7-8 pm)

Each of the All Fields sessions contains about 2 hours of content, but usually we go over 2 hours because of Q&A, so please schedule 2 ½ hours.  The Q&A is the main reason for attending the Clinics live and it is all through the sessions, not just at the end, so planning to be there for the extra half hour is a good idea.

The Big Field session is about an hour and it is a supplement to the All Fields sessions; it contains ADDITIONAL material that is just for the Big Field - mostly a discussion of Balks and the Traditional Batting Order.  Again, it is 1 hour of content but please schedule 1.5 hours.

The D35 umpires have worked long and hard to make these Clinics informative, comprehensive and interesting (or at least as interesting as it is possible to make a Rules Clinic).  Knowing the rules is important to your ability to manage a game.  In addition, you will find that D35 umpires will enthusiastically engage with you in rules discussions on the field throughout the season - if you come to the Clinics!
